Hello,

I started to use live scripts, which seems to be an interesting way to provide students with MATLAB/Simulink examples.

However I came up to one problem: when I use a touch panel for navigation, the zoom factor of the live editor changes. By experiments I could see, that the combination Ctrl-key with mouse scroll increases or decreases the zoom factor. The odd thng is, the slow change of the zoom, so it is hard for me to find a proper zoom factor. Is there any other possibilty to change the zoom factor, e.g. by keybord?

Maybe someone cann help me.

I got the same problem here and contacted support. They obviously work on the problem, which unfortunately still exists in R2016b.

The problem still exists with R2016b and R2017a Prerelease. I hope that they will fix it soon!

The problem exists with both the Mighty Mouse and the trackpad of the Macbook Pro. Touching the cmd key (e.g. for saving or copy/paste) while having one single finger on the mouse or the trackpad causes the random zooming up and down. And unfortunately they forgot to add cmd-plus and cmd-minus to the Live Editor, which is possible in Help. I quickly became addicted to the Live Editor but this really sucks.

Has anyone figured out how to disable the preview of the array in the Live Editor? This is another annoying thing with the new Live Editor. Working on a larger script it is really bad that these pop-ups come up every time I am moving over a variable name.

I agree, it is a pain. The problem still exists in 2021a.
