I am using R2006a. I have been trying to save simulink circuit diagrams in high-res for publications. I tried screen capture programs such as Vista's SnippingTool and Snagit. However, the resolution is low (figures and fonts looked fuzzy). What is the best way to save the circuit diagrams in high-res? Ideally, I want to save the image files in eps format. Thanks.

Use File -> Print and print to a file, such as EPS or PDF (depending on
which printer drivers you have installed). You can also use the print
command. See

Thanks. I tried File->Print. As I do not have any special driver, I typed filename.eps.
The eps file was created but some of the letters got messed up. Some characters overlapped on top of each other. Know what is going on and how to solve it? Which driver do you recommend?

Try downloading ghostscript and ghostview, it should provide you with the
necessary EPS drivers:

Have you also tried the print command?
