Use the Help Navigator. Click the contents tab, locate the toolbox
you want to learn about and click the "getting started" item. Or,
just type something in the search edit field at the top of the panel.

matlab will display its version and the toolboxes available on your path. if you bought a license that includes the toolbox then the toolbox would have been installed when you installed matlab.
